Ihaven't been on here for a while, but I'm back. Along with recently moving to Clearwater, Fl and getting a job at Mid Atlantic Finance, I have also purchased a new Canon 40D, with three different lenses. I also acquired a few other things, including a Hoya R72 infrared filter. I have been wanting a good DSLR for a while, and a good infrared filter to go along with it. So I saved for a while and finally bought the camera I was dreaming of for a long time.

So, this journal is to update people who take time to read this and let them know I am back and will be adding a whole slew of new photos.

Well, I originally joined DA because my girlfriend was on here. I submitted a few pictures I took with a 2 mega pixel Konica Minolta Dimage X, and I was happy with such. I have always enjoyed taking pictures, but now I am getting more serious with photography. I recently got paid to photograph someones quinceanera, and enjoyed it immensely. I am now considering photography as a profession, seeing as it can be a pretty lucrative business, but more importantly, I love doing it.

I really don't know much about photography, just simple stuff like lighting and such. I would appreciate everyone's critique, no matter what you think. I want to improve the quality of my pictures. I am thinking about taking a photography class, or even going to school just for it. So, any kind of constuctive comments you have on any of my pictures feel free to tell me.
